Dr. Whitney practices in Spokane, Washington at the Providence hospitals, primarily at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

His practice focuses on complex spine patients, spine and head trauma, and robotic spine surgery.

Dr. Whitney is a clinical instructor with the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Washington as well as the Washington State University School of Medicine.

Dr. Whitney has worked in Spokane since 2015 and has developed a strong complex spine practice. He enjoys working in the team environment, in which each team member contributes to providing the best care for our patients. Advanced technology helps provide this care, but most of all each patient is viewed as important. Care plans are specifically designed for each patient, leveraging technology and data to facilitate the best possible surgical outcomes.
